Labour was elected on a promise of change in 2024. After a decade of Tory austerity, working class people looked to the new government to improve their lives and their communities. Polling shows widespread disappointment with our party’s tackling of major issues blighting our society. As part of the NPF, I’ll strive for policies that address entrenched poverty, ensure secure, decent housing for all and high quality educational, health and public services that deliver good outcomes for everyone, creating a more equitable and just society.
